Roof Racks

Range of small vehicle roof racks. Extruded aluminum construction with scratch resistent color matching, nylon and rubber modified polypropelene components. Designed to accommodate different vehicles and applications such as bicycle and skis with materials suitable for a wide range of environmental conditions such as snowfield or desert locations.

Classic Style Motorcycle

A classic styled small capacity sports motorcycle developed for Chinese manufacture. The design requirement was for low tooling investment with relatively higher labor input in manufacture than is usual in contemporary motorcycle manufacture.

Bicycle helmet with Headlamp

Bicycle helmet incorporating LED headlamp and rear red lamp. The design allows the rider to direct the light as needed and the high position is more easily visible to motorists. Completed 2003

Chrysler 300 Coupe
